Hi, I'm Rez – the founder of House of Fitness.

I started training people who didn't feel at home in normal gyms. People who wanted to get stronger but hated the chaos, the crowded floors, the confusing machines, the feeling of being left to figure it out alone.

They didn't need a bigger gym. They needed a better system. Expert coaching. A proper plan. And a space that actually worked for them.

So I built House of Fitness. Small studios. Expert coaches. A system designed for busy people who want results, not excuses.
